For a holiday meal any time of the year, this low-fat, high-protein, tender Thanksgiving Turkey meatloaf is PERFECT.

2 lbs Organic Ground Turkey
1 cup Quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 cup milk
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
3 large celery stalks, chopped
4 medium carrots, chopped
2 tsp Bells seasoning
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 cup BBQ Sauce
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large pan, sauté onion, celery and carrots in 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil for approximately 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are soft and onions are golden brown.
Add 2 tsp Bells seasoning and 1 Tbsp of butter to the sautéed vegetables and mix to combine.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, quick-cooking oats, eggs, milk, parsley, BBQ sauce, salt, pepper and sautéed vegetables.
Transfer mixture to a glass baking dish (9x13 will work!) and put in oven on center rack. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until center temperature reaches 165 F.
Allow meatloaf to rest out of the oven for about 15 minutes.
Slice, serve, and ENJOY!
*Top with homemade cranberry sauce for an added touch!
