Roasted Honey Mustard Cauliflower

I love cauliflower --it's so versatile! It's great raw in salads, sautéed in stir-fry recipes, made into pizza crust, and roasted! This sweet and savory side dish is a great addition to any meal.

  • Yields: 4 servings


1 head of Cauliflower, cut into florets

2 tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/2 tbsp Honey

1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Preheat oven to 400 F.

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients besides cauliflower until combined.

Toss cauliflower florets in honey mustard mixture until evenly coated. (An easy trick to evenly coat the cauliflower is to put it all in a large plastic bag, seal it tightly, and shake it!)

Spread out cauliflower in a glass baking dish and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until golden on the edges, tossing occasionally.

When edges of cauliflower are golden, remove from oven, serve, and ENJOY!

*I like to sprinkle a little crushed red pepper on mine for an added kick! If you like spicy, I highly recommend trying it!
