Banana Cinnamon Hemp Protein Smoothie

Not only is this smoothie a DELICIOUS way to start your morning, but it is a nutritional powerhouse. Hemp protein is loaded with protein, fiber, iron, zinc, omega-3 fatty acids and all 21 amino acids!

  • Yields: 1 serving


1/4 cup Hemp Protein Powder

1 Banana, sliced and frozen

1 tbsp Almond Butter

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/3 cup Water or Almond Milk


Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If smoothie seems too thick, keep adding small amounts of water or milk until desired consistency is achieved.

Pour into your favorite glass and ENJOY!

*I like to sprinkle some hulled hemp seeds on top of my smoothie for some added texture and nutrition!
*This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled to make enough to share!
