I received my training as a Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program. During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills, my knowledge of different dietary theories and my education as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Making the decision to begin leading a healthier life is the first step whether you are trying to lose weight, gain weight, cook healthier meals or exercise more often. The world of exercise and nutrition can be super confusing (especially when you are searching the internet and magazines!) I will help you avoid “fad” diets and design a program that works best for you. Together, we will identify where there are imbalances in your life and I will guide you through making positive lifestyle changes to pave the path to wholesome health.
